because it's not. If LSU gets UGA, they would play Alabama, Auburn, A&M, Florida, and UGA. UGA would not have a harder slate than that. Period.

motherfricker we would have to play all those teams too dummy! The next toughtest team on the schedule woudl be UT for us or a mississippi team for you. Taht's the difference.

I'm sure Dellinger with SI will get the scoop before that.
Check his twitter.

comparing Tennessee to OM and State isn’t the best argument

UT is certainly better than those 2 so I don't see why not.

Why are we talking about Florida like they are Vanderbilt?

because yall are exponentially better than they are. The last few times yall have played they've looked like a JV squad.

Right, so what makes georgia's schedule MORE difficult?

The difference is the bottom of the West is more difficult than the bottom of the East, if you really want to split hairs. I don't think you have a really strong argument that Tennessee is going to be any better than State or Ole Miss.

Neither LSU nor UGA are going to even play close games against those bottom teams, so it's really stupid to argue how bad the bad teams are on the schedules.

Gotta agree with the dawg fans here...if they add an LSU/Georgia game to the schedule, LSU gets a free win and Georgia gets an arse beating. Would definitely make Georgia’s schedule tougher. 73-26

Eh, we haven't played them since Mullen has been there. I mean I'd expect to win, but the probability of a loss @ Florida is much higher than that of a loss @ Missouri/Vanderbilt/South Carolina.

What are you guys talking about? Florida could absolutely stay with us for a half (or even the whole game!)

Ehhhh

Not sure why you’re resorting to this when the two extra west teams y’all might pull are tougher than what we might pull in this scenario

One thing that worries me is that some of our UGA beat writers said earlier this week, I think maybe tuesday or wednesday, that the schedule was done and ready to be released but there were issues with is in the form of pushback from some schools so it had to get reworked. That may be completely and utterly false but if it's even slightly true that terrifies me, because I know for a fact a situation like that would not go back to the drawing board and benefit us.

Everyone in the west would much rather sack uga with as many losses as possible because everyone would murch rather play UF in the SECCG than us. Taht's simply common sense. So I can easily see bama/AU/LSU/UF/UT all being vocal about giving us a harder schedule.

Probably inaccurate, but VOLS forums are rampant with rumblings that we'll be adding @LSU and A&M. Local Knoxville reporter leaked it out about an hour ago.

Dude, that is LITERALLY the exact point I've been making and that another poster (sog maybe? can't remember) said first. That if used the 24/25 rotational opponents UGA would be screwed the most. That is what my point is the whole time. Then attention whore lsufb19 said "well ACKSHUALLY it woudln't be worse than us.."

The poster I responded to (not you, btw) said people would melt about LSU getting UGA "but in reality it would royally screw UGA." They play basically the same schedule, so yeah it wouldn't be worse. Sorry if reality bothers you so much.
