You’re surrounded by Fresno St, Marshall, UVA, CCU, Nebraska and Florida. Not exactly compelling evidence that this years Bama team can hang 40 on UGA.

Well, our defense is giving us pretty good field positions so we don’t need to drive a bunch of yards. If you search by ppg you’ll see we’re 13th in the nation. I don’t know about you but I’d rather score a bunch of points than gain a bunch of yards.

The #2 team on that list is 3-4. Defense matters even though Bama no longer plays it.
