No troll, but I actually believe this. Gruden may be the most overhyped coach ever. If Gruden is a great coach, then so is Gary Kubiak.

Why does Gruden's name come up every time there's a vacancy? Don't you think the man would have been coaching again already? Why don't you just go ahead and throw in Herm Edwards while you're at it. Hell, why not Jimmy Johnson? Terry Bradshaw is available too. I hear Boomer Esiason is a sleeper.
