Who cares about the SEC West, I’m more interested on who will end up in 4th place in the end of year AP Poll.

Bama, A&M and LSU are the first tier, and while Bama probably has a slight edge it wont be like it was this year unless Bryce Young shows he is the real deal. Any of these teams are capable of a playoff run on paper IMO.

I think Ole Miss is also poised to cause some real trouble if they can see some growth from their defense.

Arkansas Ill be watching to see if they can take the next step, talent is still behind the top three but they have some pieces.

Miss State I just dont know what the pirate will have in year 2 after all the turnover, TBD.

Auburn has a long way to go. No idea what that team will look like schematically but the talent on paper is a bit thin.

Forced to pick it'd be something like this:
-Bama
-A&M
-LSU

-Ole Miss
-Arkansas
-Auburn
-Miss State

I don't recall LSU missing any games in 2020

no because this thread shows up every year for the last 20 years and has been wrong every year except 2020 - not even a real season after lsu lost almost everyone to the nfl

and now almost everyone is returning from a team that looked pretty solid in the last 2 games

and until ag can prove that they can consistently end up in the top 2 like lsu and bama have, i wouldn't predict them to be in the top 2.

Well, not their whole offensive line. They returned a ton of offensive line snaps in 2020, right?

ohhh yeah. you're the turd who went on and on about how much "production" lsu had lost. then everyone tried to correct you and lsu's offense was actually pretty darn good this year apart from tj finley. good one

but yes, to answer your question, lsu lost almost everyone to the nfl so there's no doubt that it affected the record. the question is if people think lsu is going to be more like the team from the middle of 2020 or the end of 2020. my bet is on the latter.

I think this is right to a point, but we don’t need to exaggerate how well they were playing at the end. The easily could have lost to OM, and they got VERY lucky not to lose to UF.

No you couldn’t.

UF could have easily beat us, but we weren’t lucky to win. We won every statistical category. As we did with Vandy in game 1, but our TOs kept them in the game.
