Now that order has "been restored" in the SEC west what do you see in BAMA's future?

Obviously Saban is old and tired and the game has passed him by, end of an era.

A new streak of dragging our nuts across LSU's chin, starting next time we meet.

Hard to restore order when LSU has never been king of the SEC.

This 100% depends on their next coach.

Despite being on a slight decline, they will be competitive every year Saban is there

Yea right. We needed the best QB we’ve ever had to beat them.

I’ll predict...if we ever have a QB as tough, as accurate, as mobile, and containing the heart of Joe Burrow we can beat Alabama again.

The playoffs this year will tell us a lot about Alabama

LSU played for 4 SEC championships and won 3 in an 8 year span. There have been more dominant runs but that is hardly being a casual observer either. 85% of SEC Teams would cut their nuts for a run like that.

A 1 year win is not a trend... it is an aberration. Just like our win vs LSU last year. Do it 2 years in a row then that is worth talking about.

Burrow is a senior right?

Would it really surprise anyone if Alabama was able to regroup after this fairly unfortunate season they’re having(for their standards) and LSU takes a few years to get their next really good after Burrow leaves?

That's great and all, but there's only been one king in the SEC and it's not LSU.

Ok,ok...Who leads these categories? Lsu or Bama

Overall wins in history?
SEC wins?
Head to Head?
SECCG appearances?
SEC Championships?
Pre '92 NC's?
Post '92 NC's?

And the cherry on top? McClendon vs Bear?

I didn't think it was classy when Bama's center said something about "restoring order" after their loss to us in 2011.

I don't think it's classy for us to say that now after a win over Bama either.

I'm not quite as optimistic about next year for LSU as most of our fans -- if anything Bama has shown the ability to reload *esp.* after a bad season (for their standards). We have but only sparingly.

I do know from reading this thread there is some serious tFear that Clemson fans are showing for LSU

I have to admit it's funny as hell to see Clemson dick-ride Bama because of said tFear

I see Nick having lost his locker room and deep karma catching up to the entire football culture, LSU filling the void through superior recruiting and system , MSU, Arky and Ole Miss quitting competitive football, Auburn bumbling under Gus indefinitely, Aggie having a ceiling imposed by the football Gods and many happy Saturday’s ahead.
