What happens is Kirby lies to these kids to get them on campus no matter what and then when they get there they realize he was full of shite and look for any reason to transfer and be eligible immediately. First Fields now Mays.

Hard to claim the race card is being unfairly played when comments in the Stands at a CFB Game in 2018 sound like an Ole Piss Game from the 1950s
If that Baseball player presented himself in a classy manner at all times, then Fields would never have any claim at all
So a Baseball player that spent hundreds of days and thousands of hours in the Athl Dept facilities & training tables interacting with a diverse group of other UGA athletes couldn't find any other language to use to when describing a fellow student?
Blame the azzhole parents of the azzhole baseball player and his azzhole HS Coaches and his azzhole friends for enabling that baseball player's azzhole behavior, had anyone along his path in life told him that shyt ain't acceptable around me then maybe it never happens

The real issue here is a system that requires a young man to present some excuse in order to be allowed to play. If he could just transfer and play, this Mars jackass would be unneeded

When a State entity gets sued, it is usually public knowledge
He has a lot tougher case to make with an ask for immediate eligibility on an in Conference Transfer
He won't win , because the SEC Commissioner won't want to set a precedence and then have his office flooded with BS reasons to give immediate eligibility on in Conference transfers

Hard to claim this comment made in the STANDS during a game in hurt you or your family especially after your sister accepted a scholarship after the incident and Fields ADMITTING that he wanted to come back to UGA AFTER transferring to OSU.
