1) Junior qb leaving to pursue nfl dreams
2) scummy redneck decides to wait 2 years after an incident, one that occurred before allowing his son to come here, to sue so they can game the NCAA into getting immediate playing time
Thats about it for this week

We made the mistake of letting a clan of Tennessee “people” be involved in our program and now have to suffer the consequences of their low rent hillbillydom. A valuable lesson has been learned, to be sure.

The school apparently leaked the case after Cade gave his letter to Kirby.
Not saying the Mays family is innocent by any means but that's a pretty shitty move on the part of UGA.

Court proceedings are public record. Impossible to leak as such.

The lawsuit was already in place prior to all this. Your school leaked it to make Cade look bad. Try again.

The timing is going to be pretty hard to overcome in making an argument otherwise. They’re going to argue that his parents suing the school has caused undue hardship for Cade and therefore he needs to leave to be closer to his home in Knoxville. And they’re probably going to win making this the first instance in which an undergrad receives a waiver to transfer inter conference.

They think Mays will be under "duress" if he stays at UGA while his family is suing TWO YEARS AFTER THE INCIDENT

The reporter who posted it (Radi Nabulsi) has already stated it was not leaked, he actually found the lawsuit after doing a express search for Kevin Mays contact info to follow up on the story. Mars is trying to affect public opinion
