Nolan Smith out for the year and likely done at UGA as far as on the field.

Big loss for what he does after the snap. Bigger loss for what does before the snap. Maybe our best and most vocal leader on D.

I hope that isn't the case and he'll be back at least for UGA's postseason. Dude is a disruptor, and has a bigtime future. Hopefully this is just a short setback.

There is no hope that isn't the case. It's a story up on UGAsports.com
He's gone. He could use his Covid year, but he came back this year and didn't have to. I doubt he does it again.

Definitely gonna have to have some young 4 and 5 stars step up the rest of the season....
Good thing we've got plenty of those....

Seems like a good dude. Always with a smile on his face. Hope he heals up and does well in the pros.

The good news I guess is that Georgia only has one outside linebacker on the field 80 something percent of the time.

He seen who was on the schedule Saturday and quit. He didn’t want to be exposed and potentially hurt his draft stock.

Sorry to hear, he’s a great player. Hope he heals up in time for the NFL draft process.

No his lawyer filed a BS motion to dismiss and it was denied. He's now filed another, which is also going to get denied.

That is really disgusting!
From everything I have heard about Nolan he is a good guy and has worked his butt off at GA. I'm always sorry to see a guy go down, especially when it happens in what it appears to be his last year, I don't care what team he plays for!
You Tennessee fans have really lost it this year. I get it, you got a good team, what appears to be a great team, but you fans need to quit acting like this! You have make fools of yourself over and over again on this board and then make a joke about this situation is just so awful, words escape me.
