Nobody has won the line of scrimmage on either side of the ball against the hogs.

Will Georgia be the first?
Not a troll thread, haven't watched you yet. I would also like to know about who is blocking Tre Williams. He's pretty much the reason A&M couldn't score.
Let's have a little bit more serious thread about line play.

Georgia has a 6'6 350 pound lineman that can run like a deer
I don't think anyone can block that

Jordan Davis. He feast routinely. Smart kid who made an excellent decision to return for his senior year unlike some doofuses.
Op: the short of it is I wouldn’t count on consistent OL success UGA is by far the best front 7 in the country even 2 deep. O line is different story and guard is really our biggest remaining issue.

You think that's impressive? LSU hasn't won the line of scrimmage vs anyone except on defense vs McNeese.

Arkansas has a 6'6 340lb D-Lineman who puts every center he faces on skates and a dude who looked like 2015 Von Miller against the Ags.
Not saying Arkansas will win at all, but to undervalue what their Dline can do is kind of ignorant.

GA wins the title if both JDs stay healthy

Coach Pittman did well in building the UGA O Line. I hope he does as well at Arkansas. This is only his 2nd year at the helm and is already reaping dividends.
UGA wins this easily but Hog fans can expect a more evenly matched contest starting about year 4

I doubt we win easily but UGA’s front 7 will be tough to stop.

Who’s is blocking Tre Williams?
So we will probably have to keep our best IOL at LT (Salier) this week to handle him. Williams destroyed the A&M LT all game. Darnell Washington is set to return this game after a foot injury. They will probably bring Washington in as a blocker/chip blocker on the left side at TE. Washington is a massive human…clip below is what he did to your DT/DE last year when he was a freshman
Washington chip block vs Ark

Defense — yes, UGA will be the first team to win the line of scrimmage vs Arkansas. QB Jefferson will have less time to make decisions. RB Smith will be wrapped up quicker.
Offense — not sure. My concern’s with UGA’s ability to run consistently & efficiently. If we can run well enough for manageable 3rd downs, I like our chances. A lot.

And ga has a 6'6 340 pound center who was #1 in his class. Has already faced several 5 * DL. I'm sure he'll be fine

You know what sucks about football now....
Worrying about losing key Defensive Players during the game due to the crappy targeting rule.
Hopefully the game doesn't get altered by that rule and neither team loses any players.
