Update on Bray. No charges filed. Will make restitution. Golf balls and beer bottles used.
Looks like you can close the book on this one.

Obviously framed. Kirstie Allen will forever regret this.

Speaking of windshields and KPD. Just a few years back in my college days, somebody walked down two blocks of streets busting in windshields with a bat (including mine). Cops never responded. But as I can attest to also, if you even stepped foot outside a house with beer in hand (underage), then it was a lock for KPD to be around the corner ready for a citation.
The fort also had a knack for robberies just a couple of years back; yet the KPD could never be found. They are terrible.
But on the point, a windshield doesn't cost $500. And there's just a good a chance that a bottle on a railing fell off as Bray just chucking them off at lunchtime. But with that, I wish our star QB wasn't drinking with the film guy at 1 PM on a Monday.

Tyler Bray statistics are as follows: Bray was 11/15 on hitting the cars. Longest "completed" pass was 57 yds.

throwing beer bottles off an apartment complex balcony onto parked vehicles
that is certainly on a white trash trailer park douchebag level
but I was kinda afraid he was putting the beer bottle somewhere else so I guess this is better for the Vols

HAH it costs 150 bucks for a new windshield.
I actually read the reports, and they said her car had already sustained damage from bottles being thrown on her car, which I guess is the reason why she called 911 in the first place. I can assume damage to the roof, hood, or other sheet metal.
Then in (assumed) retaliation for her calling 911, her windshield was smashed. It could all add up to being $500 or more (most typical auto insurance policies have a $500 deductible, so she probably just added the deductible to whatever damage was suffered, which is fair IMO. Why should she pay the deductible?).
