27 million for the buyout and it grows to 33 million for the rest of the staff.

The good news is that not just any coach can go 8-4 at Auburn

Aubie Boosters might be willing to fund about $10-15 Mil on Arkansas wooing his pig sooie back home though!

They’ll come up with it.

It’s about priorities.

I think Auburn fans need to accept the fact that 8-4 is about the norm for them. Sure...there will be seasons where they win the SEC, but actually competing for national championships is a rarity for that program.

IMO that is the issue...I believe just about anyone could consistently go 8-4 at Auburn so why stay tied to a guy that clearly has no idea how to prepare an offense at this level. Auburn, rightly so, is paying the price for mistaking a gimmick that a rules changes thwarted the advantage of in 2015 for a guy that is an up and coming offensive guru.

I thank Gus for 2009, 2010, 2013 and 2014 offensively, but his late substitution big play gimmicks are no longer possible sans the 2015 rule change.

Sure, I'll cut you a deal. 2.7 million instead of 27 million

Actually drops to $21 mill after this season I believe. FSU just dropped that for Taggart's buyout and I promise that there's a lot deeper pockets in Auburn than there is in Talahassee.
