There is a lot worse shite happening in New Orleans all the time, that's why I stay away from there as much as possible. I don't pretend to know why the OP posted it here but my thought is that he figured someone would find it as disgusting as he did and recognize the person and be able to help solve one of the many crimes that happened.

Well, it was the second result, after all... and the other ones were sort of bland-looking. The red one stood out.
