If there were video evidence of someone peeing on Denny Chimes whilst wearing a LSU shirt the same thing would happen. Bama fans would be searching too, no? Only their search would be looking for someone who violated a structure. Big difference.

I've seen everything from a person getting a suspended sentence and probation to charges being dropped. All depends on the circumstances. Did the officer actually observe the alleged act? Were you an a-hole and are they out to get you? Did you do some voluntary community service and offer to pay court cost? All kinds of shite goes into it..
