He got lucky. If Frost wasn’t from Nebraska he wouldn’t have answered their call.

How fortunate for him that he had a Nebraska ALUM right there for the taking. Does he think he would have beat anybody out for Frost otherwise?

this.. nebraska has hired shite for coaches for years and finally had an alum thats doing well waiting for bigger job.

Tennessee is 2017 is just as attractive as Alabama in 2006 before Saban.

Remember Rich Rodriguez turned down the job. And Mal Moore was camping out outside Nick Saban's house begging for an interview. It was only because Saban's wife convinced him to go back to college that he went to Alabama.

I know Alabama fans want to pretend 1995-2006 never happened but it did.
