It’s almost like they want to guarantee a Trump landslide.

Based on the verbiage of that policy, there are more states than just Mississippi that have confederate based state flags

Time to let the SEC and NCAA know that they don't dictate what states may and may not do. Mississippi put their flag up for a popular vote on the ballot in 1997. By a margin of 7 to 1 the PEOPLE of Mississippi decided to keep it. That tells me that it wasn't just white crackers that voted to keep it as it is.

It was 2001
and it was less than 2:1

I don't think anyone was predicting Creepy Joe to have a shot at winning MS.

Could be but there is more money on the line with GA. SEC Football and basketball champ. games are played there. I don't know if they are legally allowed to break contracts in place with this statement.

So why is Georgia not affected in this policy since the state flag is a carbon copy practically of the 1st confederate states flag?

Are people still dumb enough to not realize the CSA battle flag was not the only flag of the confederacy?

In your dreams

The images of hate, division, and exclusion are taking on a flurry of blows in an unprecedented way

Fairness, justice, and equality are throwing flurries of punches that has the former confederates staggering and soon to go down for the count, it looks a lot like this:
Outdated confederate images taking too many punches

Aw, hell no! There are many Mississippians who have never supported the current neo-Confederate flag and who also do not support Trump. The man claims the virus is 'miniscule' and dwindling everywhere. The exact opposite is true, particularly in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

If anything, Trump is setting himself for a big boot out of the White House.

Slavery existed far longer under the british and American flags.

Maybe they should be banned as well.

Trump wins MS by at least 10%.

Want to ban bet on it?

Look, I think the NCAA ruling is stupid too. However, your facts about the previous flag vote are completely wrong. It was in 2001 and it passed by 64% of the vote.

It would not win by that margin today. The current flag will be dumped, and rightly so. It will be done by the legislature. No more demagoging by racists who want to keep Mississippi 50th in all categories.

Exactly! This is the SEC bloviating. They can take a hard stand by threatening an action that will never come. Mississippi campionship venue?
