Bama with 5.
LSU with 3.

Clemson, Florida, and Ohio State with 2.

And LSU played Bama for one, so there was a chance for both to be tied with 4.

Face it: the SEC, and technically NCAA, are Bama and LSU's bitches.

Bow down bitches.

Actually, that gif is relevant. LSU wins that game, they are 11-1 in the SEC title game in a rematch vs. UGA the year before. That was an excellent UGA team, I actually thought Bama, UGA and LSU were the best 3 teams that year. LSU vs Clemson was a good game, but the motivation for that 2012 team was left on the field that night in TS.

LSU beats UGA in 2012, don't you think they beat that Notre Dame team?

I truly think that in December Alabama is the only team in the country that could have beaten us, and they did only barely

True. We played Navy in 1984 for a chance to go the national title game once but lost. So I understand that's basically like having a national title.

Wait...all you had to do was beat Navy and you couldn't?

For the record: we did beat Bama that year.

It would have been tough for LSU to win, no doubt, that was an implied if for the record. LSU wins that Bama game, the trajectory of that team is much different and at 11-1 vs UGA, it would have been a tough game. UGA was very good that year, UGA wins that game, you all win the BCS NC.

Exactly. However, it's impressive that LSU has won three with three different coaches in that span.

Saban deserves credit for bringing lsu to life after the dismal 90's.

So anything relevant there should be a thank you to him.

A statue should be built.
