I've seen a trend with A&M posters. It's almost like they're more focused on getting people to hire away their coaches instead of their season

I'm not overly familiar with coaches around the country. I'm not a fan of hiring a NFL coach for a NCAAF position. So for me, that eliminates a bunch.
Then you have people like Dabo that seemed to be a no brainer but I now think it was smoke and mirrors. The guy is immature, I don't think his players like him as much as other coaches are in other programs.

We like Fisher just fine. The one thing you can be certain of is that the team will improve over the year. Actual coaching!
And his recruiting isn't terrible either
To answer the question, up and coming coaches a P5 would hire around that amount are Fickell, Kiffin, Campbell, and possibly Aranda. Also, Traylor in the G5 leagues may be ready for a move up the ladder soon
