Casey Clausen was quite the rascal too, at Tenn.
He took over for AJ Suggs in 2000. AJ Suggs was the starting QB on my little brother's little league football team the Due West Raiders. He was bigger than all the other kids, he didn't throw much, he mostly just ran QB keepers for 20 yards at a time.

I will never forget the catch he made against LSU in 04 when AU was down 9-3 late in the 4th. It was with 3rd or 4th and 18! Glad I witnessed that team play several times that year

This award should be named after Johnny Manziel.

Love him or hate him.
Brian Bosworth. That dude was a holy terror on the field.
Brandon Burlsworth. He had all the tools. He was destined for NFL greatness.

The first player that came to mind was Glenn Dorsey of LSU. The second was Stephen Davis of AU.

Mac Jones
The highest rated quarterback in the history of college football. On the best team in the history of college football.
Beat the rating only a year after the stepson school thought they were finally top at something.

All he did was win. Had better record on the road than Peyton Manning, if I remember correctly.

Any mobile qb we play. I’m sick of having a team at a crucial moment with third and seventeen and the dude breaks for an eighteen yard gain. I’ve seen this so many times I could puke.
