Garrett Riley seems to be their target.

A lot of Aggies think the hire has already been made but not sure why they wouldn't go ahead and announce.

I get all the best A&M info from Sidewalk. So is he a good OC choice?

Apparently he was the Broyles award winner, so that sounds pretty good.

So there is at least one smart Aggie.

It's Air Raid + Jimbo, what can go wrong?

It’s just too far fetched no one took the bait. Brady already said he isn’t coming back days ago. Lingo off the list. Who knows who’s really in play bc no real sources have reported a name/speculation. I’ve been using Footballscoop, waiting for any leads on who we could be after lol

So was Matt Canada. Vet your hires before hiring them. Don’t ask me how I know.

Purdue might hire Kevin Sumlin. That’s pretty wild.

As of this morning, I don’t think it’s been finalized.

Seen the A&M jet flying back and forth from Fort Worth quite a bit recently, but also Jimbo and staff are flying around on recruiting visits as well, so who knows.

I guess you could call it “air raid” but it’s very balanced. They are in the top 25 in both rushing and passing yards per game. They rely on the run quite a bit.

Joe Brady is extremely overrated and has sucked since LSU.

He didn't do much there since most of the players were NFL type of players on that team! Didn't need help run the offense or defense there. Heck Orgeron was the HC! How did he manage to win it all the best ever there as a HC?! That is mind boggling!

I don't think there will be problems in balance, Jimbo tends to go pass heavy himself at times.

There are differences between blocking and tempo in the TCU version of the Air Raid and Jimbo's pro style spread offense.

Riley has never worked under an OC under anyone but fellow Air Raid disciple, Sonny Dykes.

Jimbo has never allowed an offensive coordinator to call plays.

Seems like a recipe for dysfunction.

I did not know that Fort Worth was a suburb of Houston

That is strange. I heard this afternoon it is Bob O’Brien. Oh well, maybe your source is better than mine. Time will tell.
