I think Smitty is doing alright
Chase is a helluva player and athlete.

To be fair, he has been preparing for his pro-day for like 8 months

Dude is an absolute beast. He lit it up for LSU this year!

For what exactly? Chase was already ahead of him in most if not all of the mock drafts. No matter which one goes first, they're both gonna tear the league a new one.

I'm sure this will be extremely beneficial when we beat the shite out of you again in the fall.

That's all well and good, but I had the same # of catches as he did this year.

I thought he opted out of Pro Day

Yeah, both great players....just different
Just depends on what a team wants

I think both Smith and Chase are excellent receivers and you cant really go wrong picking either.
Draft position will likely just come down to each team's personal preference.
You also have an absurd athlete in Waddle on the board, and Terrace Marshall who will be a steal with such a deep class.
Great talent here.

LSU had four players run sub 4.4 40s today
Chase 4.38
Marshall 4.38
Vincent 4.33
McMath 4.34
Stevens also had a 42 inch vertical. Had no idea he had hops like that. But yes, Chase's number are eye-popping.

And yet LSU went 5-5 with all that speed. I'd be pissed if I was an LSU fan, especially at Chase who quit on his teammates and the fans

Wow Chase is a beast, Marshall testing well also.

Okay?
My point is that LSU didn't "have" all of that speed.
Chase and Vincent didn't play at all, Marshall left at the original end of the season, and McMath fought injuries all season.
