In my opinion he is way better as far as pure arm talent and wheels.
That pass into the end zone on the run was unreal.
He is like Rory Mcilory , small guy with a lot of power.

Murray is quick and fast, but Manziel was a more accurate passer, and Tua is wayyy the hell more accurate and consistent when playing a real defense.

Kyler's faster for sure, JFF had more escapability.
Give Kyler Mike Evans and he is probably playing for the title.
