Saw someone post on here earlier that cheating at academics wasn't as bad as cheating in recruiting

The worst thing about this is trying to keep all sports teams squeaky clean for 3 years of minor bullshite.

Well they got the two sports that will do anything on probation. Doubt a volleyball scandal is coming.

It's definitely worse to do both. :)

So.. lemme get this straight..

North Carolina can create a non-existent class and hand out A’s to basketball players and they don’t get sanctioned at all?

MooU has a tutor completing work for 11 players and gets 3 years probation..

Sounds about right..

It can never be discussed enough. Especially since State hasn't stopped cheating in decades. Which makes it all the more sad that they still don't have shite to show for it in their trophy case

spoken like a true SEC fan who never attended a single day of college and barely even realizes there's an actual academic institution behind their favorite football team

Well consider the coaches are involved when recruiting is concerned and nobody but players and a tutor was involved here. Plus the school discovered it and turned themselves in instead of trying to desperately cover their tracks. Really no comparison
