Getting closer to the end of the game, need to know whether or not they'll need three TDs or two and a FG. The earlier you know the better.

The chart dictates how many possessions you are likely to have left. The previous score was probably just a shade off the chart, in terms of 'Go for 2' territory.

Keep in mind that the prior TD had cut the lead to a smaller margin, before OM answered. That shortening the game with a bigger margin factors in.
