I bet NC would give it to him. State isn't NC though. If he goes to State, I'd hope Moorhead put the best guy behind center and not tell someone they'll start before getting there. His team to destroy though, not mine.

Laugh all you want. But had MS ST had a QB that could have thrown accurately , not many could have beaten them with the #1 defense in the nation.
They won't have the number one this year, but it will be a top 10.
On Offense, they will have a top 10 OL. They have a NFL RB. If they have a passing attack with it, they will do very well this year.
They won't beat us... but nobody really does in the SEC anyway.

The word is he’s coming. I’ve heard the “word” before and it didn’t happen so we’ll see. If he is a halfway competent passer this would be huge for us. We have plenty of scholarships left, so I say come on down Tommy Stevens.

I'm hearing the same. And everything Moorhead has said and with our actions of going after Kelly Bryant indicate we want him if he wants to come.

The team is behind KT and Moorhead isn't interested in going after another QB with it being late April and they've already been through the spring with KT as the #1

Not sure where you see that at?
What can be told right now is that Stevens just started following players on the team and coaches.

Agree with you SOG. So many are writing off KT. He has only limited amount of game experience so it is hard to to make a fair evaluation of him.
If the Stevens kid comes that is fine but the QB job should be wide open at this point and only one player right now has any real game experience.
I do think you have to be careful that the team chemistry could get fouled up if you have a Graduate QB transfer come in and just given the starting job. I don’t think JoMo would do that.
In any case we will see what happens.
