LSU and its not even close.

Both of the other teams will be ranked ahead of them in the west at season's end.

Oh, have you not heard?

Aggy will suck this year bro. No two ways about it. Last year was a fluke. NOW you'll see what it's all about.

LSU's schedule doesn't do them any favors. They have to travel to Tuscaloosa AND Oxford. Ouch.

Notice when everyone mentions how tough LSU's schedule is they always mention A&M, Bama, UGA, and Florida?

true, but not for the reasons you list

They have to travel to Tuscaloosa

LSU wins more games there than in Baton Rouge against Alabama. I don't know why - it's just been true for the last 30 years now

AND Oxford.

So, I don't know where the hell everybody is coming up with this sophomore slump. Does anyone have any credible reason for prognosticating such, or is everybody just pulling that out of their asses?

It's called top SEC minds having an entire off-season of film evaluations and breakdowns of something that didn't just get shitted out of left field

LSU reloads in the secondary every year. If anything I'm curious how our DL performs this year.

Y'all's secondary struggled mightily at times last year. You may be reloading but it's a .22 not a .270 if last year is the indicator

Voluntarily slowing my offseason production in anticipation of the national jizz jar shortage the week preceding a&m/bama

A&M lost more on defense than people are acknowledging. The entire front 7 is gone. That is not a good situation to be in. I expect to see teams running at will on our D. We'll score some points, make no mistake. I don't expect ANY falloff from last year. In fact, I expect the offense to improve.

If teams are running at will on your defense then that will limit your offensive production, will it not?

I've have seen over the years how Saban likes to operate his running game. If they are able to run "at will" on a defense then he will literally eat up the clock while doing it. The key is to keep the freaks like JFF on the sideline and watch the frustration ensue because he can't get on the field.

Our matchup will be epic. I can't wait!

Methinks...

Bama beats LSU
Bama beats A&M
LSU beats A&M

As has been pointed out, Bama is pissed and winning in Death Valley doesn't come easily. I don't think either of those games will turn out well for A&M.

Fair, but no one should be questioning your offense. It's your shitastic defense.

The one that didn't surrender more than 30 points in SEC play? Bama and LSU both scored 24 last year. Not some insurmountable goal for Johnny Football to overcome.

Yes. The film evaluation of A&M's offense. The mysteriously difficult offense that is run at Texas middle schools all across the country.

They think they can hang with us in a shootout.

Ehh our DBs will only be better from experience and our LBs will be as fast as some DBs and will help cover. I truly think we'll be much improved.

Tharold Simon was a liability most of the year and Eric Reid wasn't as awesome without TM7 and Mo.

We are DBU.

Kinda proves my point tho. Both games we lost were defensive struggles.

When a&m cracks 20 points, it's over.

30 points is a lot to give up to anybody.
