2007 LSU-Florida was something of epic proportions.

In person it was '97 LSU/Florida because of all of the built up frustration we had as LSU fans or maybe it was the microdots. On TV it's gotta be the 2011 regular season LSU/Bama game. You could feel the physicalness of the game through the speakers.

2008 AFC Championship game, Ravens/Steelers

It was an absolute bloodbath, those teams wanted to kill each other. Easily the most intense game I’ve ever watched.

NCAAB-UK/ND elite 8 2015
NCAAF-UK/LSU ‘07
NFL-Cincy/Pitt playoffs 2015

The three that come to mind

Edit: Just realized I based this off of most nervous I’ve been watching a game, not most intense

Involving Ole Miss it's probably 2003 LSU. Number 1 overall is the 2006 Rose Bowl

COX Sports TV replayed this one recently and it was a hard hitting arse game. The shot Michael Clayton took to the ear hole going into the endzone was vicious.

Bama vs. Georgia 1994 Barker vs. Zeier. Amazing battle.

I'll never forget Zeier cussing his oline to Oblivion on the sideline.

Ron Franklin.

Intense?

9-6. You felt that any play could win the game from the second quarter on

1979 Bama vs Pervert State University
(Penn St. Univ.)

SUGAR BOWL Nat'l Champ' on the line.

Goal line stand at the end of the game from inside the 1yd line. PSU had 1rst and goal to go from inside the 10 yd line. A penalty against Bama gave them 1rst and goal from inside the 1. Bama held and the rest is Bama Lore!

Bryant vs Paterno and k. Jackson on the call for the television.

2 great and evenly matched teams. Never have I witnessed such a spectacle ever again! Many have come close but I was a youngin and the impression of that game has never left me! Intense! There really isn't a word to describe it!

I know most will point to 9-6 in terms of physicality and there was probably more talent on the field..BUT LSU Auburn in 2006 was by far the most hard hitting game that I’ve seen in the modern era. Pretty sure my tv had snot bubbles at one point.

According to Hannigriff on BR radio, that game had 47 players that contributed get drafted.
