It took them 6 six years to get their first recorded win in football.

In over a 100 years of football, Mississippi State has 3-10 win seasons!

Auburn only has fourteen 10 win seasons over the course of its football history. And only once has Auburn had back-to-back 10 win seasons.

I’m not sure I understand the purpose of defaming State. To make the playoffs after Saturday you’re gonna need the world to respect us.

And during 4 of those first 6 seasons, State had no team. Great burn though.

Another way of putting it would have been to say that they had two losing seasons before having a winning season.

Nice research.

They had two losing seasons, an even season, a losing season, and then a winning season.

We are now talking about "seasons". The original auburn poster intentionally misled the board by stating this:

quote:

It took them 6 six years to get their first recorded win in football.

During their 3rd season of playing football, they went 2-2-1.
