Heard the same rumors but I don't know the original source, just heard them second hand from family that lives there.

I don't know what goes on over there as I hate politics. But there is nobody in a position of power etc who makes that type of argument.
If they changed the 2nd amendment to mean that it would be really fricked up and the end of the 2nd amendment.

I mean that’s what their predominantly used for by those who purchase them. But the 2A has absolutely nothing to do with hunting anything. It has everything to do with citizens having the ability to protect themselves against a tyrannical government.
