I’ve actually been to the players parking area. Lots of new or fairly new cars many driven by players with no financial means. Julio Jones from the projects in Foley driving a BMW wearing $1000 suites. Richardson from the projects in Pensacola to a 4 bedroom home and 3 cars while in Tuscaloosa. Fluker cashing thousands in wire transfers and living in a nice home while driving a new vehicle also from the projects. I could go all day. They all cheat Bama does it more and BETTER.

I don't think saban has "paid" players... but you know they got those a1abama fans thinking CEO was working part time at a hospital and robbing kids.

But nobody in the SEC beats ole miss.

What's the point in this? Everyone who knows college football knows that teams have to do shady stuff to keep up

There arent that many fans out of either fanbase that truly believe they arent doing the same shite as everyone else.

Dont call people out

I don't think it's this black and white.

The first issue is we need to define what exactly is cheating. Just because something is an infraction, it doesn't automatically mean it's "cheating".

What makes something cheating is usually to do with things like playing players to come to your school and play for you.

Cam Newton, Albert Means etc. Those are examples of cheating. As an Alabama fan, if Alabama is doing that, I hope we get caught. Along with anyone else who does it. That kind of cheating is not ok, and should be dealt with.

And no, I don't think that goes on at every school.

But if some fan gives a player a $100 handshake or other things that most of us would classify as a "hook up" if given to us, then I don't think that is really the same thing. That kind of stuff does happen at every school. It's an infraction and like speeding should be dealt with, but it's seriously like a speeding ticket. I wouldn't say someone who gets a speeding ticket is a criminal really.

If Saban cheats...

Well, now, I don't know about THAT...

but I do believe that Saban has an army of analysts, staffers, and think-tank wonks who pore over NCAA guidelines and give him advice on

1) just how far he can push and stretch existing rules and guidelines,
2) go beyond the rules and areas where enforcement has never been thought of before,
3) apply existing rules in new ways and to innovate.

These things, I think Saban is incredibly good at.

JMHO.

This is a dumb argument considering how long Saban has been at Alabama. He accepted the job almost 14 years ago. There are kids in high school and even college who can't remember a time when Nick Saban wasn't the head coach at Alabama.

I have vivid memories of the DuBose Era as that is when I started to come of age. I suffered through high school while Mike Shula walked the sidelines in Tuscaloosa. Alabama's history pre-DuBose was basically all I had to hang my hat on before we snagged Saban from Miami in January 2007.

What is it with this younger generation now that the idea to study history of things that happened before you were born is a foreign concept? Does it just not cross your mind? I mean, you claim to be a Bama fan, right? How can you be a fan and have no interest in Bama’s history both good and bad?

If Bama is cheating and LSU isn't, how does LSU still get players Bama wants? Do you really think those kids are turning down huge paydays?

Saban doesn’t cheat...but there are a lot of Magicians. Better know that.
