Mizzou peoples. Is it true (according to TB) that Mizzou got their WalMart money back?

TB seems to imply that the Lauries are back in the fold with MU athletics. Not that they are just going to drop a wad of cash for a football coach but it is financial support they havent had in a long while.

Wouldn't be the worst thing in the world. He from an area Mizzou tries to recruit hard (Memphis and northern Mississippi) and was born in Texas another area Mizzou tries to recruit hard.

Barry failed but he tried and was getting some kids out of Texas and was making inboard in that general Memphis area that he had ties too. Again wouldnt be bad in theory to bring in a guy that recruits generally the same area(s) to a program that was trying to get into those areas.

Odom opened the door to Memphis...(see Badie and Johnson) two contributing starters. And we have been cleaning up in Arlington TX and the peripheral DFW burbs for years?

The info I’ve had this year indicates that Dollar Bill and Sterk were on less than rosy terms. Bill approached Cartwright and Choi asking for Sterk to be fired.
If they’re tight right now, it may be a short-lived marriage of convenience and we may have a football Quin Snyder incoming.
