Wow, I just got home. That is a shocker for sure. Just goes to show that anyone can lose a game. Nice job, hate it for us but that might be a good thing that it happened.

Just looked at the box score. Looks like Mizzou took it over in the 4th period. Didn’t catch the game because I got home 30 mins ago but it appears Mizzou really put in the extra effort late.

Any MSU fans on that can tell me how we only scored 7 points in the 4th period? Did they just out hustle us? Did we have turnovers? Poor shot selection? Love some scoop.

I saw it from a distance in a restaurant so I didn’t see every detail and couldn’t hear the announcers but it appeared like the Missou ladies just outhustled State and clamped down on them defensively. It was a very close 1 to 3 point ball game for most of the 2nd half. State just never could get ahead of Missouri. And there were a couple of key steals late in the game that allowed the Tigers to extend the lead just a little.

Thanks for the info. Hard to believe we only scored 7 points in the 4th period but that explains a lot right there.
