Yep, he wasn't winning that game in Death Valley.

13-6 disagrees.

Now I know how the rest of the SEC felt whenever UT would extend Dooley or Jones.

Dooley went 6-7 in his first season, and Jones went 5-7. It's not even a close comparison.

JoMo also walked into a better situation. "10-2 is our worst case scenario."

I can't remember many State fans on this board predicting less than 9 wins

<---- This guy did.

I knew this offense would struggle with a new HC & Offensive system, and I wasn't sure how shoop would do. Of course I picked the wrong losses but I wasn't impressed with our previous year's wins.

Granted, I was wrong, but not everyone said 10 wins.

Fitzerald fit a system. Not that we really knew that much about Moorhead's system but it relied heavily on a great running back. Who knew what kind of recovery Fitz would have and think although physically, he was OK but I don't think his head was in the right place. I had no clue how that many variables would play into the whole season but I did not think 10-2 was expected. I probably had UK down as a win but I had no idea they were the real deal. 8-4 was disappointing but I wasn't surprised. The bowl game pissed me off, though.

They are trying to show stability when everyone is talking about how that program is falling apart.

On merit, It's going to be a tough argument to support Moorhead by the end of this season. Last year was supposed to be a good year allowing for a rebuild this year.

The admin is trying to weather the upcoming storm.
