Another fun fact. Alabama won a National Championship with Doug Nussmeier as OC.

No doubt CNS has the weakest coaching staff this year. It has become a revolving door and a stepping stone for most.

So you guys recently gave Gus 49 million....he's 0-2 with a strong possibility of being 0-3 could be 1-4 if LSU shows up this year by the time the crisp Autumn air rolls in.....yikes.

Your shite got old long ago, changing team logos starting shite threads and in the end you just a stinking pig fan that will suck up the slop at the bottom of the west and east.

Gene Stallings had a losing HCing record prior to arriving at Bama. Mike Dubose won a SECC as a Bama HC. Mike Shula had a 10 win season as a Bama HC.

Nick Saban won games at a .667 clip before going to Bama and winning at an .868 pace.

Harry Rex, your school took a multiple Rose Bowl winning HC and turned him into dogshit. Not sure that I understand the point of your thread.

Sid, you're comparing Mike Locksley to Gene Stallings?

Berty needed a team like Wisconsin or the Oakland Raiders... or ALABAMA where the people upstairs do most of the leg work. Sorry bout it Bert. Praise Saban.

Why not?

If this board had existed in 1990 when Stallings was hired at Alabama, you'd be saying the same shite about Stallings as you are now about Locksley. Stallings was a loser every where he had been as a coach. Alabama turned him into a winner.

Stallings was a combined 50-79-2 (college and professional) as a head coach when Alabama hired him.

How exactly did "Alabama turn him into a winner"?

Did "Alabama turn Saban into a winner"? Because he also had a losing NFL record.

What in Alabama "turned Saban into a winner"? The Tuscaloosa Burger King? The Northport Payless Shoes store? Mal Moore's and Bill Battle's cologne?

He was OC at Illinois when they went to the Rose Bowl. That's damn impressive and his offenses at Illinois were good.
