You get Bianco, and you'll get to Omaha once in 18 seasons. Be prepared for a life of inexplicable super-regional round home losses. Hate to bag on a former Tiger, but his record speaks for itself.

Every serious ole miss fan that I know- around half of the serious sports fans that I converse with daily- are metaphorically dancing in the streets today.

Bianco is a good baseball coach. He's a great recruiter, and keeps the fans first in mind with decisions around the program/stadium. He built the Ole Miss baseball program from absolute dogshit to a perennial top 20 team. He hasn't been able to figure the team out this season but people act like Ole Miss didn't set a school record for wins and won the SEC tourney just last year.
He's a great program builder. I don't think he's the coach who can take you from top 20 to top 5 consistently, but he's a good coach. Maybe at a program with more resources, he could be.
