Michigan likely opens up as small favorite.
Do the Michigan upperclassmen losses this year make this much of a contest?

UM loses everybody. They'll get better as the year goes, but UF can definitely steal this one.

I gonna try to go
Harbaugh is a good coach but they did lose quite a bit. Hoping Florida will get better QB play in 2017

I hope UF beats Michigan bloody. Can't stand that khaki-wearing, slumber party coach.

when is the last time UF went OOS for an OOC game?
1983?
1983?

Yeah, Michigan loses a bunch. But the one thing they have that Florida still hasn't found is an offensive identity.
Michigan will just plug in new players and continue to be somewhat successful offensively, but it might take time for them to gel so luckily we get them early. Florida's offense is still a complete unknown in year 3.

Michigan lost a lot
Florida lost a ton on defense
Michigan in a close game, low scoring

This game has a lot of storylines. I think the most important aspect is the coaching climate; both coaches are in their 3rd year and both are expected to deliver big things. While Mac and JH have both had relatively success campaigns the past two years, neither has been able to win a big game.
Regardless of the outcome, one coach will be hailed as the long awaited savior and the other will start hearing louder doubters.

Again spewing a narrative that simply isn't true.
Please look at all the returning contributors for UF, particularly the freshman that got loads of experience due to injuries.

We did lose a lot on defense to be fair. We didn't lose ten starters like Michigan did but we lost a lot of NFL talent. 12-13 returning guys saw a ton of reps this year though even if all of them weren't starters.

Michigan takes this one as Florida has lost too much defensiviely to pull this one out

How do you see Florida replacing those two stud CBs from last year?
Seems like that's one position y'all have rarely ever had a drop off.
