A&M coming in at #5
UK coming in at #16
UT coming in at #19
From SEC County:
"The newest AP Top 25 Poll is out, and it doesn’t look fondly at the Kentucky Wildcats.
Kentucky’s loss to UCLA, its second of the season, sent John Calipari’s squad from No. 7 to No. 16. Four other two-loss teams are slotted higher than UK in the latest rankings.
The 83-75 loss to the Bruins on Saturday in New Orleans saw the Wildcats shoot just 6-for-21 from 3-point range. Kentucky will need to shake that one off as it hosts rival Louisville on Friday.
However, Christmas brought some better news for Texas A&M (11-1), which has now broken into the top-5 for the first time this season, leaping in from No. 8 after a pair of wins over Northern Kentucky and Buffalo.
Tennessee gives the SEC only three ranked teams for the second straight week, and the Vols moved up two spots to No. 19. Tennessee (9-2) rebounded from its 78-73 loss to North Carolina with a couple victories, including an impressive 79-60 blowout at Wake Forest.
The rankings for the Aggies and Vols mark the highest for both schools this season.
Also worth noting is Arkansas (9-2), which is the first team on the outside looking into the rankings with 85 votes received. The Razorbacks hold 30 more votes than Clemson, which earned the next-most.
Here’s the full rankings, which didn’t see any movement at the top with Villanova, Michigan State, Arizona State and Duke holding firm in that order."

Should be interesting to see if the VOLS run you out of the building like Houston and UNC did or if we let you keep it close for the home crowd. Looking forward to another decent road win/resume builder for the VOLS.

Didn't UT play UNC this season? I forgot how that ended. 9nly excuse for Houston is the team not getting off the bus and Houston shooting better than they have shot in over 25 years of playing bball. You will be ranked and playing an unranked and will be the underdog. That should let you know your place already. Your lone decent win against Purdue is not impressing anyone outside of the voters who don't even watch CBB.

UCLA receiving 12 votes is a travesty. Disgusting.

Lol -- First, no one's bragging about a loss. We lost by 2 pts and by 5 pts in our last 2 games against UNC, in nail biters that came down to the final possession. You got ran out of the building and lost by 20
Go ask them yourself who the better team is.

RPI, SOS, KenPom, etc. all better than Arkansas's bb.
You sound mad.

Tennessee will get run out of The Palace.
Arkansas played Houston in a high School arena. Arkansas played UNC in the northwest. Neither in The Palace.
Arkansas will win by 15+. That doesn’t mean Tennessee is a bad team. That’s just what’s going to happen.
