I just dont see it, while he is pretty accurate there's nothing that really "wows" you about him and he hardly ever really carries any load except outside that 2.5 quarter performance against Bama last year really. I could see him 1st round, maybe towards latter half of it, but I just don't get where these Top 10 projections are coming from for him. I don't see how he is more projectable to the NFL than a guy like Drew Lock was. Although, this time last year Lock was probably getting Top 10 projections too.

So you want me to believe there is a chance in hell that Fromm goes #1?

#3?

Sure say that I’m not a draft analyst but those people don’t deserve their jobs either

Dude just stop judging him off the LSU game.

Look at his QBR,completion percentage, etc. He threw 30 TD's vs 6 Ints and more accurate than Lock.

And he put up those numbers with fat Chaney as his OC...who put him in numerous and obvious passing situations and he still completed almost 68% of his passes.

No idea but he sure as hell isn't going any lower than 10 (short of disaster) top 5 is more than reasonable.

Based on what exactly? Are you telling you study and watch more games and individual players than they do?

If I had to guess you've probably watched him play 2 or 3 full games his entire career.

How the frick does Saban lose any games, and especially how does he lose one 44-16?

Not trolling. With that amount of predicted top NFL draft talent, and considering this is fairly consistent, he should never lose a game.

I'm not, most of my friends are UGA fans (live in ATL) and watch almost every game with them. He just hasn't been a "wow" player to me and I don't see a guy like him going Top 10. Generally speaking big time difference making QBs go in the Top 10 of the draft not a guy who throws it like 20-25 times a game, not a guy who the team basically never leans on.

I can definitley see Fromm as a mid-first round pick but I can't imagine he'll be a top 5 pick.

But who knows, Daniel Jones was a top 7 pick.

You seem to be going overboard here. We're a year out from the draft and these are stupid early projections. Should I link up this time last year's 2019 draft projections and we can get a laugh? Again, a lot of those had Lock in Top 10/15 picks. He got picked up in the early 2nd round instead.

They are routinely inaccurate this far out on a number of players. A lot of people dont seem that sold on Fromm being a Top 5/10 pick...

Well he's lost by more than 14 pts 1 time in 12 years, so 44-16 is literally a 1 in 160 occurrence.

He's lost 14 times since his first truly elite team in 2008 (11 seasons)

- 0 losses to teams outside the Top 25
- 2 losses to teams outside the final AP Top 10 (2010 #22 S. Carolina, 2014 #17 Ole Miss) (both on the road)
- 8 of his 14 losses are to teams that finished #1 or #2 in the AP poll
- 5 of his 14 losses are to teams that finished #1 in the AP poll

So, sometimes you run into a team who is literally the other elite team that year and has lots of good players that fit a scheme and matchup well against your weaknesses.

Sometimes it's an outstanding QB (Manziel, Cam, Watson) that equalizes the overall talent discrepancy. Sometimes it's an outstanding overall team with tons of NFL guys (2008 Florida, 2011 LSU, 2014 Ohio St, 2018 Clemson) that match or exceed your own talent. Sometimes you just have a bad game against a team with weapons (2014 Oklahoma, 2015 Ole Miss). Sometimes you just run into a buzz saw on the road (2010 USCe, 2014 Ole Miss, 2017 Auburn).

Okay? How so?I never said he'd be #1 especially with Herbert coming back.

I've linked multiple mock drafts and seen nothing from you other than your opinion.

This guy had Drew Lock at 30 pretty accurate IMO

Lol Herbert won’t be #1 either. Your predictions are all over the place. I will maintain until draft time that I would be astounded if he went top 5, shocked if he went top 10, and think that it makes sense if he goes top 15. We will see who is right

LINK

And the only reason I said Herbert won’t go #1 is that unless the Giants tank to #1 because Jones doesn’t work out I don’t see how the first pick will be a QB because I don’t think dolphins or buccs will be the #1 pick

Pretty much every year there's some mediocre QB who gets projected early in the process to go high because of team success. Fromm won't sniff the first round.

Then again Daniel Jones just went top 10 so I suppose anything could happen.

God almighty dude I just see him going ahead of Fromm.

BTW,I'd love to know how many games you've seen each play.

LMAO! Calling him mediocre is beyond ridiculous. UGA doesn't have it's success without Fromm in '17 or '18

Tell ya what,I'll pay attention to what NFL scouts think and you can rely on your obvious unlimited knowledge of the NFL draft and QB evaluation.

LMAO!

Who knows? With all your vast knowledge of NFL QB's and the draft you might have a job with the combine or have a front office position.

That you also implied Herbert would be #1.

So RD Dawg, are you guaranteeing right now that Fromm will be a top 10 pick?
