I've heard a lot of good things about Garrett but accusing someone of a racial slur when it didnt happen is a piece-of-shite move that is indefensible. He should be arrested for assault with a deadly weapon. He's covering his arse so he doesnt lose money. I hope they kick him out of the league permanently and he and Kapernick can go on a victim campaign.

However—Rudolph tried to rip his helmet off. Garrett should be threatening to sue for unequal treatment by the league. He doesn’t even need to bring up anything else but what you can see on the camera. Rudolph should be suspended at least as much as Pouncey.

It would be interesting to see how NFL would handle this if Rudolf DID utter a slur...would it change the outcome for Garrett?

It decidedly should NOT alter the outcome for Garrett. That dude lost so much control that he needs help. Rudolph should have been suspended indefinitely as well.
