Richt was an excellent coach his first 5 years.
If the playoff system existed back then he'd probably have a NC or two from those first 5 years.

Richt was probably a better coach if you take recruiting out of it. But we don't, so he isn't.

Yeah, that fake punt was dumb, but, not as dumb as Kiffin going for it on 4th down from his own 20 yard line in the 2nd qtr, down 2 scores. Well, I guess just as dumb; both those calls doomed their teams.
