He gone, maybe.
Didn't realize they are allowing players to return to school post combine, pretty cool, IMO.

This is not the place for being reasonable. You must be lost.

The best thing the NCAA did was to push the declaration date our far enough that players can participate in the combine and get an idea of where they might go. It's something Cal really pushed for when a lot of guys playing deep in the NCAA Tournament had to make the decision within a week after the Final Four/NC.

They need go to a baseball type system. Early entrant allowed otherwise 3 years in college maybe 2
1 and done is so stupid. Worst of both options

I agree. That would be the best for all involved.

Absolutely

He should, this years draft is weak as shite and they draft on potential. If you get invited to the combine, then the player should go through it and see where they stand.

I agree that he should. What does he have to lose?

So just wondering about how this works. So he declared and now will just train at the school. Because isn't it normally the agent that advance the cost of the pre draft training?

No idea. All I know is he doesn't have to sign an agent, he would be gone if he did, and can go to the combine and declare his intentions afterwards. It's a no-brainer. Many cfb players declare and get screwed.
