Made my peace with Mississippi fans

I've been pretty vocal about my distaste for the Black Bears due to personal experiences in MS and also online; but, after reading some accounts of how yalls fans enjoyed their experiences at LSU-UM FB and baseball games and being complimentary to us in general, I've decided to let bygones be bygones

Your hatred for LSU fans as human beings says more about you than LSU fans! You are either a big dick, don’t know many LSU fans, or you hang out with the wrong crowd of LSU fans. It is one of these three choices

I grew up in Mississippi so I usually pull for either team over anyone else in the SEC besides LSU

It's like y'all's series with Tennessee, still a rivalry even when it's one-sided bc there's so much history (not saying OM and UT are comparable jobs). Also it remains a strong baseball rivalry

I used to hate LSU fans when I was in school, but once I graduated, I moved to the Colorado, and pretty much love meeting LSU fans. I’ll just say it’s not the south out here. When I meet an LSU fan out here, we usually start talkin a little friendly shite once I tell them I went to Ole Miss, then it’s really refreshing just talkin to someone from the area of the country I grew up and went to college in. It’s just different culture out here, and I gotta lot of love for the LSU people I meet, because they bring me back.
