Tua is so freaking bad whenever he isn't running an RPO.
Two absolutely awful interceptions today.

That wasn’t even an INT. That was a present gift wrapped by Tua.
He does this AT THE WORST POSSIBLE TIME IN THE GAME. He’s solely responsible for the loss today.

Always thought Mac was better than Tua.
He just feels like a more natural thrower and leads the receiver better. And he isn’t made of glass either. He’ll be in the league for a long time for sure.

This isn't entirely wrong; in fact, it is fairly accurate
But, when healthy, he did run the hell out of it in college

Mac is one of the best I've seen in college at throwing guys open with anticipation, and also reading the field.
He doesn't just blindly throw it to a spot expecting the WR to be there like Tua does.

Mac>Tua all day even thought that in 2019 after the Arkansas game.

His decision making and football IQ are off the charts. All of his other physical skills simply complement them.
Tua has a better physical skillset that led him to lean on natural talent. It worked in college, especially when surrounded with other top tier talent. So, he developed much less. We are seeing that in MIA.
There is still a high value on cerebral QBs.

What decision making? They have him throwing short passes or dumping the ball against bad defenses. The three wins the Pats will have will be against two teams with a combined record of 2-11. At least Tua is playing teams with a pulse and trying to throw downfield.

Tua isn't playing smart with the football and that's always been his problem. He tries to go for the home run every down instead of taking four yards here and five yards there. And because of that he's about to lose his job.

Just stating the truth. Even the Jets radio guys said the Jets coaching staff knows what Jones does and yet they didn't try to stop it. The Jets are the worse team in the NFL.

He’s 32-40 with 4 TDs

Better in college too when he played.

Against the Jets. The 1-5 Jets. He is actually 24-36 for two TDs, to a team that lost is starter and has given up. Like I said, the Jets radio crew are disgusted.
