Brutal news for #LSU baseball. Jaden Hill, considered a potential top-10 MLB pick, is out for the rest of the season with a torn UCL.

LSU baseball's poor luck with pitching injuries continues for another year.

Injury happened early in the 2nd game against Vandy on Friday after only an inning and a third.

I'm not surprised. He's been battling I injuries for most of his time at LSU. I never really expected him to last the whole season.

Yeah, I don't imagine many baseball players decide to stay another year in college to help their draft status. I just hope a team will still take him high, even with his injury.

So which sport are y'all moving on to now since baseball is over? Do you have an equestrian team or bass fishing club? Croquet maybe?

It's Fire Pawl season.

After that, it will probably be rabbit season. Or duck season. I can't keep them straight.

Something will get seasoned and consumed. That's all I can promise.

He still will. TJ doesn’t stop him from getting drafted high.

Yep Bama lost their starter as well. 11.6 scholarships is ridiculous.

Paul Mainieri tonight on Jaden Hill's future: "I don't have any doubt someone will still draft him this summer and they'll rehab him and he'll come back from it and he'll have an outstanding professional career. But certainly this is a disappointing ending to his LSU career."

a down baseball season is the end of LSU baseball? Bama will never accomplish an LSU caliber program in baseball. Let's also not forget that we are still in the midst of asterisk territory, as Gump's know all too well.
