I'll answer your question with a question. Who's their current DL coach?

Dennis Johnson will not be the new coach. Dude looks like the guy that made my sandwich at Subway earlier.

Well Coach 0 looks like a downsey version of Fred Flintstone and he was able to get the job.

ETA: He also once put a worm in his mouth.

Hugh Freeze.

1) O will bomb.
2) Aleva will be forced out, which means power brokers will run the next search.
3) There’s already more scandals burying the Freeze stuff further in the past. He’ll have the offense LSU fans desperately wants and a resume with a few Bama wins. LSU will hire Freeze before he gets an OC job.

I hope it doesn’t happen. But I could see it.

O will be the coach. They can't pay 3 head coaches at one time. I think LSU goes 6-6 this season ....maybe 7-5 with a break or two but in 2019 it's gonna be pretty bad. I figure they bring in kiffin which will be a worse mistake than orgeron. Dark days ahead for the next few years.

If LSU boosters step up to take care of a buyout on O, then I honestly believe it'll be Lane. The buyout is a problem, however.

ETA - my second choice would be bringing back Les Miles - reduce the buyout issues, and I hope LSU fans now understand that Les is a damn good coach, a good dude, and is great for CFB.
