LSU should suspend Smart from the team, if they want to have any chance at keeping any future wins this season.
NCAA's usual starting point action in these cases is for team to vacate all wins involving the player to which compensation was given. Recently, my other alum school (BYU) had alumni who paid a recruit, and the NCAA vacated their wins.
Given these particular facts, NCAA is also likely to vacate all wins with Wade as coach.
This assumes the allegations are proven.

Really depends on what else is on the tape and what they have found in the time from that conversation happening to now. As it stands now it just looks shady as shite but there are no numbers or anything to truly implicate a player. Imo anyway.

The allegation seems to involve at least one current player. If he is ineligible LSU's dream season won't officially exist.
