That’s a fact. That shoe didn’t have shite to do with an LSU - a team who basically had to dress their equipment managers to field a team - marching their arse into Gainesville and opening a can of whoop arse.
Mullen thought it would be an easy win.
Another coaching failure on his part.
He will not win a National Championship at Florida or anywhere.
Florida will have to be satisfied with winning the East now and then.

This is a good and healthy way to try and deal with 2016. Someday you will get over it.
Not today, but someday.
Not today, but someday.

I mean we didn't, but all we ever hear about is the shoe.
yeah people seem to forget that 1) LSU led most of the game; 2) Florida would still have had to score to win that game; and 3) the game never should have been that close in the first place with the players LSU had available and the fact they were 3-5 entering the game, on the road. They were down to their 5th string running back by the second half, down almost their entire starting secondary, a true freshman QB making his first start, mostly freshman WRs, Arik Gilbert and Terrace Marshall had both just quit, team had just self-imposed a bowl ban, etc. Florida had everything to play for against a team that was essentially done and choked. The shoe throw and arrogantly sitting Pitts was just icing on the cake.

Alabama would never have such a terrible season after a NC year, so no worries.

Really dude look around Louisiana, and you say this about Alabama....
Incest is a family tradition in Louisiana, it was written in to the state constitution by Huey Long.

Did you read TigerRant during the season Rohan?
Half your fanbase was hoping that Eaux got nailed in the NCAA/Sexual Assault stuff so he could be fired more easily.

Summer
That’s what we do and you know it.
We always want to fire the coach and start the second string QB.
It’s a way of life.
But we would never do ourselves in.
And you know how much respect I have for you, but you must admit that the bama attention to an LSU thread about florida is kinda interesting.

Lets be clear, Bama fans would be murdering people over a season like that. If you take a win from them, theyll try and take a life to make up for it.
But this is a frick Florida thread, and to their credit theyre actually far more used to losing seasons/games than to have that kind of reaction.

Not after a NC winning year..... you are right
Of course Alabama usually wins another NC the next year.
25-26, 64-65, 78-79, 11-12

I don't recall if bama fans have ever mentioned how amazing their team is... but bama fans suck the life out of everything.
