Not Katy Perry related but I was there and some Lambda Chi pledges had these 10-15 foot pvc pipes and one had a pic of Herbstreit's face with the mouth cut out and the other had a massive veiny cock and they were sliding the cock back and forth in Kirk's mouth. shite was hilarious but they probably had that thing for 30 seconds before it got confiscated.
