I can promise you that no one is jealous of the shitshow going on at LSU right now that seems to be getting worse by the day. I mean trying to retroactively fire Kelly for cause? This isn't Orgeron you are dealing with here, it's a tight arse NE elitist who understands about being lawyered up. LSU is going to be very lucky for Kelly not to counter sue them for even more money for reputational damage.

Just a terrible look for your program. LSU has a lot going for it but it also has some weird shite being in Louisiana and all the politics there that from the outside looks like a basketcase and that's all being put on display right now. That's going to impact how coaches and others look at doing business with LSU in the future.

You guys need to stop digging the hole and pay the man off to go away and give him some extra cash not to decide to go on a "trash LSU tour". Remember Kelly is the son of a Boston politician, you really don't want to keep pissing him off because he isn't going to be intimidated and now he has plenty of money already and nothing but time, he was basically ready to retire anyway. The moment he packed his office he likely never wanted to go back to your state again so he is just going to send his lawyers to keep fighting with you until he is satisfied.

In the meantime the rest of us are just ordering more popcorn.

Honestly, I used to bleed P&G............no more. College athletics is now basically 'semi-pro' everything. You're not held accountable for anything nor is there any loyalty or honor in a scholarship. It's sad, but true.

I'd now rather see a Class 1A high school football game more than any, at least the kids are playing for the right reasons.

Well I can't disagree, as someone 60 years old, what is going on is all the old Political nepotism, incompetence, and Baton Rouge (State Government and Governor) interfering with LSU football that Louisiana can't shake itself from.

Every know and then, we have to get this types of situations to show why Louisiana and Illinois are the 2 most politically incompetent and corrupt states in the Union.

Regardless of which one spurs the other, both are positive character traits I strive for. But I do fail at maintaining them sometimes.
