Ohio State was the most dominant early in the season but I think they've lost a step these past few weeks. LSU is the most dominant at this point.

Well LSU just hung nearly 40 on the top ranked D in the sec and 2nd nationally. That is plenty enough right there.

LSU is peaking at the right time.
They were incredibly sharp yesterday.

But UGA had and still has the #2 scoring D in the nation, was only giving up 10 ppg and had only given up a max of 20 points one time this year in double OT. LSU scored 37 in their backyard and ended the game with a backup QB and a 4th string tailback carrying the ball just to run the clock out. Of the two current top 10 scoring defenses that LSU has faced, LSU has averaged 39 ppg with a 79% completion rate on passes and 321 passing yards per game along with a 20-point margin of victory.
