LSU season so far. Would you rather?

Our loss to Troy was the worst LSU loss in years. Possibly the decade. Just pathetic. But, we still only have 1 loss in SEC play.
Would you rather beat Troy and lose to one of Florida, Auburn, Ole Miss? Or just take the shitty loss yet still control your destiny in the SEC.
Weird season we're having.
Also, frick all of you on the SEC rant. Y'all are miserable people. Happy Friday!

Not an LSU fan, but if I was I'd rather beat Troy and lose to Auburn. All beating Auburn did was make up for Troy. You still aren't considered a better team than Auburn because of Troy. So losing to Auburn would wipe the stain clean, you'd be at the same spot in the SEC power rankings, and you wouldn't have this weird "controlling your own destiny" pressure that LSU feels right now. Bama is going in dry and only having 1 SEC loss will make it sting worse. It's essentially the equivalent of Bama not having any lube.

That will straighten itself out by the end of the year. Both have a likely loss to Bama coming up but LSU will have time to recover.
And I'm also happy to keep the psychological edge of Auburn not winning in Baton Rouge this century. An Aggie should be familiar with that pain.
